The founder story
From air traffic control to skin control.
HARP was founded by Richard Mansure III, whose career in air traffic control built a mindset centered on precision, systems, and accountability. He brought that same approach to everyday cleansing: study the process, identify the weak point, and build a better system.
Instead of creating another traditional soap with new fragrance and packaging, Richard focused on the cleansing base itself. The result was HARP—a professionally manufactured, 100% syndet body wash bar formulated at pH 5.0–6.0.
