A full single-bar case holds 60 bars. A full three-pack case holds 18 three-packs (54 bars).

Partial cases and mixed varieties are welcome. There is no full-case or per-variety minimum; your order just needs to meet the applicable merchandise minimum.

Getting started

From application to your first shipment.

  1. Tell us about your store

    Share your business details and where you plan to sell HARP.

  2. Get approved

    We personally review applications before granting access to wholesale pricing and ordering.

  3. Choose, review, pay

    After approval, email your mix of quantities and varieties. We confirm your order minimum and actual shipping cost, then send a payment invoice. Dispatch is within 3–5 business days after payment.

Order minimums & mixed cases

Opening orders require a $250 wholesale merchandise subtotal. Reorders require $100, before shipping and tax. Mix varieties and pack formats across your order. Partial cases are welcome. Full-case capacities are 60 single bars or 18 three-packs; these are packing sizes, not minimum quantities.

Payment & retail promotions

Payment is due in full upfront, before fulfillment. Credit terms are not offered at launch. Consumer discount codes, review-reward discounts, subscriptions and loyalty credit do not apply to wholesale purchases.

Shipping cost & dispatch

Every wholesale order is reviewed before invoicing. You pay the actual shipping cost, with no extra handling fee; we add the confirmed shipping charge to your invoice before you pay. Orders—including custom mixed orders—dispatch within 3–5 business days after payment. Carrier transit time is additional. Retail free-shipping offers do not apply.

U.S. orders & international inquiries

Wholesale ordering is initially available to U.S. retailers. International retailers should contact info@harpquality.com for individual approval before ordering.

Where you can sell & advertised pricing

Approved retailers may sell in their own stores and on their own websites. Selling on Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop or any other third-party marketplace requires HARP’s written approval. Our planned online advertised-pricing policy uses HARP’s own advertised retail prices as the minimum. The separate policy and applicable product price schedule will be provided for review during approval.

Wholesale returns & order issues

We do not accept returns for unsold inventory or change of mind. Damaged, defective or incorrect products qualify for a replacement or refund, with no additional shipping cost to the retailer. Please report visible shipping damage, shortages or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery, with photos where applicable. For a defect discovered later, contact us when you discover it. The 7-day shipping-issue reporting window does not apply to hidden defects.

Orders through Faire

Faire remains an alternative way to order HARP. Orders placed through Faire follow the pricing, payment, shipping and return terms shown there, which may differ from our direct wholesale program.
